Ovolo or bevelled the windows are stunning.

2) Easy to Fabricate
It has never been easier to save time and create the perfect finish. The curves on the ovolo version have been specially designed to produce clean joints. Drainage paths in both versions are positioned so that drainage slots can be routed in both externally and internally glazed windows without having to spend time resetting machinery.

3) Co-extruded Gaskets
Elite 70 features bubble gaskets that are co extruded to main profiles at the point of manufacture.

This saves time (no need to roll in gasket after the window has been
fabricated); reduces stock holding; eliminates corner gaps & shrink-back;
and makes fabrication and fitting cleaner - no need for messy lubricants.

4) Single Leg Knock-in Bead
24mm or 28mm knock-in beads (for both internal and external glazing) speed installation and provide a much cleaner glazing platform. Knock-in beads also accommodate more easily the normal variations in glass thickness.

5) Reinforcement
A full range of aluminium & steel reinforcements is available. Profiles are designed to ensure all reinforcements can be inserted quickly and easily.

6) Location Lugs
Special location lugs ensure reinforcements are held well away from "V notch" welds that would otherwise impede the insertion of the reinforcement. This allows welding with the reinforcements in place.

7) Five Chamber Profile
Elite 70 is designed with five chambers, two either side of the reinforcement chamber. This increases thermal performance; reduces "cold bridging" and anticipates changes to Building Regulations that will call for greater thermal efficiency.
